Singer Wizkid Pledges 100 Million Naira In Honour Of Late Mother
The Nigerian popular music Superstar, Wizkid has revealed that he will give 100 million naira to needy children.
He made this known on his Instagram handle, according to the singer, he will be giving money to children starting with Surulere in honour of his mother who died in August 2023.
“₦100M for the kids for Christmas! God bless us all, starts in Surulere tonight. All in Morayo’s name, the love of my life,” his post read.
Furthermore, Wizkid and his family laid their mum, Juliana Balogun to rest on August 18 2023, the singer chose Surulere because he lived in the area during his formative years in Lagos State.
